Work With Us

Are you looking for a flexible well paid cleaning job in St Albans?

Choose Your Own Hours

Do you wish you could find a rewarding, well paid, local cleaning job in St Albans where you could pick your own hours to fit around your family or other commitments? If so, we could have the perfect solution for you.

Family Owned Business

We are a family owned domestic cleaning business based in St Albans and the surrounding areas (AL1, AL3 and AL4). We have an amazing team of 40 self-employed cleaners, cleaning around 200 houses, and are now looking for some new hardworking and reliable cleaners to join us.

Why Join Us?

Flexible Working

We offer you jobs on a house by house basis. We don’t dictate which houses you clean or how many hours you work.

As a self-employed cleaner, you are completely free to pick which jobs suit you. So, if you can only work during school hours, that’s fine. Or maybe you only want to work a couple of mornings a week? We are completely flexible and aim to give you as little or as much work as you want.

Regular Clients

By cleaning the same houses at the same time each week or fortnightly, you soon get to build up great relationships with your clients.

Flexible Time Off

You decide when you want to take your holidays and how long you want to be away for. Many of our cleaners like to earn some extra money by doing additional holiday cover when their colleagues are away. If this appeals to you, please let us know.

Great Rate of Pay

You’ll also get a great rate of pay; a minimum of £12.00/hour and this is paid directly to you by your clients, each time you clean for them.

All cleaning products and equipment are supplied by your clients, so this won’t be a cost to you.

Passionate About Cleaning?

So, if you are passionate about cleaning and are looking for a job which pays well and offers complete flexibility, why not apply?

Previous domestic cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. What is more important is that you love to clean, are hardworking, reliable and willing to learn. We do ask that you supply us with two independent references and a recent DBS check.

You will need your own transport or be prepared to use public transport, which isn’t a problem in this area.

And don’t worry about being self-employed. It’s a simple process which we are happy to help you with.

Covid-19

To keep both cleaners and clients safe, we do have a procedure that we ask both cleaners and clients to follow. This requires excellent hygiene practices and social distancing between you, the cleaner, and the householder and members of their family.
