Recruitment
All our cleaners are interviewed personally by a member of our team before being recommended to their first clients.
When we recruit our cleaners, we strive to build working relationships that will last many years. We look for well presented individuals that we would be happy to have in our home or office. We only take on people who inspire us with confidence that they will meet our high standards of workmanship when placed with our valued clients.
For each cleaner that we put to work, we do the following:
- We check Identity documentation to ensure that all candidates are legally able to work in the United Kingdom.
- References are requested and checked.
- Each cleaner is given an induction on key Health and Safety considerations and the type of work and standards that they are likely to be required to work to.
- All potential new recruits are required to provide an up to date DBS check.
We take a very positive approach to both our staff and our clients and encourage both parties to bring to our attention any problems that may arise so that we can find a satisfactory resolution.
